Whole Body Fitness is a self-guided, undated fitness planner that provides 6 months of guided workouts created by Meghan, a Certified Personal Trainer and Health/Wellness Coach. Whole Body Fitness is conveniently sized at 9x9 inches and is made with a durable waterproof and tear proof synthetic cover. WBF contains several goal planning worksheets along with check points along the way. There are color images of Meghan in the Exercise Appendix demonstrating and explaining how to do over 150+ exercises that the user can choose for their workout each day. Each high quality page contains a motivational quote and a place to jot down how the user feels before and after the workout along with other to-do's or activities for that day. The planner is divided into 6 months by colored tab dividers. There is a page of motivational and fun stickers in the back of the planner as well.
