Eyvind Earle (American, 1916-2000), Disney legend and internationally acclaimed artist, is widely recognized for his stylized paintings and serigraphs of American landscapes. In the 1950’s he was lead stylist and background painter for Walt Disney Studios, Sleeping Beauty. Subsequently Eyvind Earle achieved recognition for independent commercial work in film, television, books and magazines. His fine art work including oils, acrylics, water colors, scratchboards and sculptures are exhibited in private collections, art galleries and museums worldwide.
“I never planned to be involved with Christmas card designing. It simply happened as a means of survival. Somehow, the designs pour out of me with almost no effort at all.
